The unique thing about Huey is that it is universal to all gender, race, religion or belief systems. By disassociating these dividing issues and instead focusing on the root feelings each of us have, make them graphical and interesting to work with, people learn a lot better to see each other’s human nature as apposed to all the other things that separate us. Many companies use the tools in diversity as fun exercises while others might use it to drive home the point that we can all look, act and feel the same, by identifying with Huey’s qualifiers.
